Submit your claim and we will send you prepaid packaging. Submit up to 5 knives per order (some restrictions apply). $10 Shipping Fee: Covers packaging materials and a shipping label.

② Service & Repair

Our warranty team will service and repair your knife as fast as we can in our Brooklyn office.

③ We Send It Back!

Once fixed, we will ship your knife back to you, free of charge.
